EFFY Service & Repair Request
Please complete the information below to request a service.
Be sure to review our Limited Lifetime Warranty guidelines and include a printed copy of your EFFY Repair Form with your submission.
Standard repairs are typically completed within approximately 6 to 8 weeks . Special orders may require approximately 10 to 12 weeks . If your service requires additional time or involves any cost, you will be notified with an estimate prior to proceeding. Please note that we are unable to provide a service estimate until your item has been received and evaluated.

Warranty Details
Copy of your original receipt or tag is required for services.
Effy’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of center stones, loss of stones greater than 0.09ct, pushback/screwback, theft, or loss of the item.
Not all sizing and alteration services are covered under the Limited Warranty.
Please make sure your item is stamped "EFFY" or "BH" before sending it in. Items without an EFFY logo or trademark that cannot be verified as an EFFY piece will not qualify for any service.
Any service performed by an individual or jeweler other than Effy Jewelry or an Effy Jewelry authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.
Shipping
Providing accurate and complete information will help us process your request efficiently and avoid delays.
Please complete this form and include it with your item when submitting for service.
You may submit your item using one of the following options:
- Drop off at the Department store or retailer where the item was originally purchased
- Ship it directly to Effy Jewelry
Due to insurance limitations, we are unable to provide inbound shipping labels for you to submit your item for services. However, once service is completed, your item will be returned to you at no charge using a fully insured and trackable shipping method.
- Schedule an in-person drop off at our Midtown Manhattan facility
You will receive detailed shipping instructions once your submission is approved. We strongly recommend insuring your package for the amount you paid for the item (not the MSRP) and selecting a signature-required delivery option.
Please retain your tracking number! Once your item has been shipped, we ask you enter the tracking number in our tracking portal (below) to allow both you and our team to maintain full visibility throughout the shipping process.
Once your item arrives at our facility, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for service completion. If additional time or costs are required, we will contact you with an update and estimate.
You will receive periodic status updates via the email address provided. Updates are also available through the tracking portal or by contacting us at repairgroup@effygroup.com
