Ring Sizing: We can size various increments of 1/2, 1/4, or Full. Please note, there may be an additional charge for sizing increments above 2 sizes.

Due to intricate designs of some of our pieces, we offer to make new ring in your requested size. Please note, this service can take up to 10-12 weeks. You will be notified for the repair window time.

Turnaround Time

Standard repairs are typically completed within 6 to 8 weeks. Special orders may require approximately 10 to 12 weeks.

Service estimates are provided only after the item is received and evaluated. You will be notified before any additional time or costs are incurred.

Warranty Details

A copy of the original receipt or tag is required for service.

The EFFY Jewelry Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, pushbacks or screwbacks, loss of center stones, loss of stones over 0.09 ct, theft, or loss of the item.

Not all sizing and alteration services are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Items must be stamped "EFFY" or "BH".
Items without a verified EFFY logo or trademark are not eligible for service.

Any service performed by a non-EFFY or non-authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.

Inbound shipping labels cannot be provided. Return shipping is free, insured, and trackable.

We recommend insuring your package for the purchase price (not MSRP), using a signature-required delivery option, and retaining your tracking number.

Service typically completes within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt. Status updates are provided by email or via the tracking portal.
