EFFY Service & Repair Request
Complete this form to request service. Review the Limited Lifetime Warranty with the customer and include a printed copy of the approved EFFY Repair Form with the item.
Turnaround Time
Standard repairs: approximately 6 to 8 weeks
Special orders: approximately 10 to 12 weeks
Service estimates are provided only after the item is received and evaluated. The customer will be notified before any additional time or costs are incurred.
Warranty Details
A copy of the original receipt or tag is required for service.
The EFFY Jewelry Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, pushbacks or screwbacks, loss of center stones, loss of stones over 0.09 ct, theft, or loss of the item.
Not all sizing and alteration services are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Items must be stamped "EFFY" or "BH".
Items without a verified EFFY logo or trademark are not eligible for service.
Any service performed by a non-EFFY or non-authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.
Customer Shipping & Submission
Include the completed repair form with the item.
- Drop off at the original retailer
- Ship directly to EFFY Jewelry
- Schedule an in-person drop-off (Midtown Manhattan)
Inbound shipping labels cannot be provided. Return shipping is free, insured, and trackable.
Insure the package for the purchase price (not MSRP), use a signature-required delivery option, and retain the tracking number.

- Do not use bubble mailers or envelopes
- Do not send the original jewelry box
- Wrap item securely and place in a sturdy box
- Fill empty space and seal with strong tape
- Clearly label the package
- Insure for purchase price and use adult signature required
- Enter the tracking number in the tracking portal
- Printed copy of the approved repair form
- Earrings: both earrings
- Necklaces: pendant included (chain if pendant is missing)
- Rings/bracelets: desired size and all broken parts
