Turnaround Time
Standard repairs: approximately 6 to 8 weeks
Special orders: approximately 10 to 12 weeks
Estimates are provided only after the item is received and evaluated.
You will be contacted before any additional time or costs are incurred.
Warranty Details
A copy of the original receipt or tag is required for service.
The EFFY Jewelry Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, pushbacks or screwbacks, loss of center stones, loss of stones over 0.09 ct, theft, or loss of the item.
Not all sizing and alteration services are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Items must be stamped "EFFY" or "BH".
Items without a verified EFFY logo or trademark are not eligible for service.
Any service performed by a non-EFFY or non-authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.

Inbound shipping labels cannot be provided. Return shipping is free, insured, and trackable.
Insure your package for the purchase price (not MSRP), use signature-required delivery, and retain your tracking number to enter into the tracking portal.
Service typically completes within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt. Updates are provided by email or via the tracking portal.
