EFFY Service & Repair Request
Please complete the information below to request a service. Be sure to review our Lifetime Limited Warranty guidelines and include your printed EFFY Repair Form with your submission.
Standard repairs are typically completed within approximately 6–8 weeks , while special orders may take approximately 10–12 weeks . If your service requires additional time or involves any cost, we will notify you with an estimate before proceeding. Please note that we are unable to provide an estimate of service until we receive your item for evaluation.

Warranty Details
Copy of your original receipt or tag is required for services.
Effy’s Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones greater than 0.09ct or center stones, or theft and loss of item.
Not all sizing and alterations are covered by the Limited Warranty.
Please make sure your item is stamped EFFY or BH before sending it in. Please confirm there is an "EFFY" logo or trademark.
Any service performed by anyone other than Effy Jewelry or an Effy Jewelry authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.
Shipping
Providing accurate details will help us process your request quickly and avoid delays.

- Ship it directly to Effy Jewelry
Due to insurance limits, we do not provide shipping labels for you to submit your item for services however, when the service is complete, we will ship it back to you complimentary via a trackable and insured method.
- Schedule an in-person drop off at our Midtown Manhattan facility
You will receive shipping instructions once your submission is approved. We strongly suggest insuring your package for the amount you paid for the item (not the MSRP) and adding signature-required service.
Please retain your tracking number! Once your item is dropped off at a carrier, you can enter the tracking number our tracking portal (below) to allow both you and our team to maintain full visibility throughout the shipping process.
Once your item arrives at our facility, please allow 6–8 weeks for service. If additional time is required, or if there are any costs involved, we will contact you with an update and estimate.
You will receive periodic updates via the email you provide as we perform the necessary repairs. You can also receive updates through your tracking portal or by contacting us at repairgroup@effygroup.com
